Finally back to some jumping🙌🏼 After coming home from Tokyo I got an MRI of my quad which showed a minor strain in the rectus femoris. While it made it impossible for me perform in Tokyo the rehab journey is already going well and I have started with some easy jumps from short run (as well as lots of rehab/strength exercises). I won’t be competing more this season but I’m excited to start preseason training and start a new chapter at Princeton University in two weeks. #roadtoEugene2022 #roadtoParis2024 #princeton #idrettutenalkohol #athletics #polevault #trackandfield
