The last days have been tough for me! This week i took a MR picture of my back and the outcome was a starting stress fracture in my lower back... Luckily it's only starting so the recovery time is much faster! 8-12 weeks with no pole vaulting will be hard, but I am sure I will come back stronger than ever!
