It was a nice cool 97F/36C on my run today😂🥵. 12 weeks until my next 100 miler and Day 2 of the calendar challenge. 

It's brutal out there but I'm showing up and getting it done. Keeping hydrated is key. I've been asked what I use for hydration. My go to is nowfoodsofficial Effer-Hydrate.  It's perfect for after a run in the heat. I mix it before my run and keep it refrigerated so I have something cool to drink after running in the heat.
