Update on - Project "I Can Do Hard Things" that is starting on August 1st.

I've created a virtual race so you can all join me from August 1st. You have the entire month to finish your 21km/13.1 miles and you can walk or run anywhere in the world. The race is FREE. I have added an optional donation for the Sarcoma Foundation as Sarcoma is the cancer I had and you can purchase a hat, again this is optional. The profits from the hat go straight to The Sarcoma Foundation. Please note it is all optional. A donation is appreciated but definitely not necessary. I want everyone to feel part of this project💛. Link to the race in my IG bio.

You can still add names to the list for those you want me to run for. List also in my IG Bio.

The first week I'm running for:

August 1st - Kennedy Dunn who is 7 years old and currently fighting Rhabdomyosarcoma.

August 2nd - Hailey Holder who is 4 years old and fighting Rhabdomyosarcoma.

August 3rd - Anna LaBella who lost her life to Ewing Sarcoma in 2022 at age 12 (same cancer I had).

August 4th - Bruce McCarthy Fighting Glioblastoma.

August 5th - Sally Hartman who lost her life at 63 to Leukemia.

August 6th - Rebecca Stephan who died of cancer in 2018.

For those new to my page:

On August 1st, I will be 21 years cancer free. I had Ewing Sarcoma. I was shocked when I got my diagnosis because I thought cancer happens to someone else. It would never happen to me. To celebrate being 21 years cancer free I am going to run everyday until I reach 5250km/3262miles. The 5250 represents the amount of people who are diagnosed with cancer everyday.

I was one of the lucky ones to survive and I'm so grateful to be alive and be able to move. I think movement is so important to not only keep us healthy but also help us cope mentally.

I will be raising funds for Cancer research.

Each run will be dedicated to someone who is either a survivor, battling cancer or who unfortunately lost their fight against cancer. You can message me with the name of the person who you'd like me to dedicate the run to.

You can join me virtually or in person in Arizona. #icandohardthings
