Did you know that I was told I shouldn't run trails as an amputee. They said I might fall and that blades are designed for road not trail. I'm so glad I never listened and yes I have fallen but not because I'm an amputee, but because I run really hard single track trails. Even the most experienced trail runners fall. If I would have listened to the naysayers I would probably have given up on running and given up on myself. I've run some amazing trails,  hardcore mountain races, I've run Ultras and I've survived and finished every single race and this all on a blade and I've actually only fallen twice and got up and dusted myself off and carried on, I'm proud of my trail scars😉. Point of this post, don't listen to the naysayers and keep pushing your own limits and doing what makes you happy.  #youcandohardthings
