Summer running has got me feeling exhausted.   During the summer months I try to be a little more flexible with my training.   It’s all about time on my feet for MOAB 240 so when it’s really hot, I will sometimes replace my run with a walk or do a walk/run combination.   It still all counts towards my training and time on my feet.   Today’s run was a walk/run combination just because it was a little warm and was followed with me putting my head in a sprinkler, hahahaha (swipe left)
