My training continues for the MOAB 240 miler and training during the summer months can be really brutal, especially in Arizona. Why did I think it’s a good idea to move the desert in the summer time, hahahaha. I have to be smart about my training especially when temperatures hit 100F and up. Depending on my schedule and distance I am running, I opt for a Sunrise or Sunset run. I do prefer Sunrise run because that way my run is out of the way😉.

How beautiful was this Sunset run though? What do you prefer, sunset or sunrise?
