Beautiful hot day in Arizona.  Training for the Moab 240 miler continues.  I'm having to adapt my training to the heat. Running at 4am or evening when temps are cooler or my treadmill while unboxing and making sure my kids aren't killing each other. Brother and sister love🤦‍♀️🤣🤣. #moab240training #moab240 #momslife
