Running is really hard sometimes and we all have bad days.  We only see the images of the "good" on social media, but in reality it is really hard sometimes. My husband took this photo of me on Saturday after my run. It has been a challenging week for me with running. A few major issues with my blade that prevented me from running the miles. A situation that is totally out of my control. All I want is to be the best I can be. I sat there after my run in tears, because a 12 miler became a 6 miler. My only option at the moment is to run around the track or on a treadmill because my blade isn't stable right now and so any change in terrain and I'm on the ground, ouch. Track/treadmill is the safest. 12 miles around a track is mentally challenging and so 6 miles was all I could take.  I'm really missing the trails. I did pick myself up after Saturdays run and went back to the track today and finished that run. Point of this post. Yes running can be really hard and it's definately not all sunshine and rose's all the time but if you quit now, what were you even fighting for? #dontquit #yesyoucan
