Safety is always on my mind when I'm out running in the early morning or evening. I run solo for most of my runs and when I'm going out late or early I won't see another person for miles and sometimes I won't see anyone. My new garminfitness #forerunner945 comes with an assistance feature. I can press a button on my Garmin if I need help and it will send a text message and email to my husband to notify him that I need help. He is my emergency contact and you can add up to three emergency contacts. The message will give your contact/contacts your coordinates so they can get to you.  Swipe to see the other photos.
