Beautiful day in Cary for a trail run. This is one of my favorite trails. Its a tricky trail to run due to the tree roots, hills and rocks but so much fun. My tread on my blade is totally trashed after just 5 miles but so worth it😀. #ilovetrailrunning. Check out my IG stories to see the tricky parts of the trail😉
