Crossing a creek yesterday on my #trailrun.  So much fun and first time I've ever been on a proper single track trail. The trail had everything, tree roots, stones, creeks, hills and it was AMAZING.  I was totally surprised how well my blade actually did. Good news is I only kicked one moving stick😂

Lots of foam rolling today so my legs are strong for this evenings cancershucksfoundation 5k race😊. Happy Friday everyone. .
