I'm thankful everyday for the ability to run. My struggle today was the heat and it's doing crazy things to my stump. This morning it was really swollen so I struggled to put my blade on. A little bit of compression and I was able to get out the door.  I ran every mile feeling really grateful.  It was such a beautiful morning too, see photo in my storyboard. 
This photo is a #tbt to my run at bond park, one of my favorite places to run in Cary.  It has trails and road so you get a nice variety😊
