A nice 6 mile recovery run on the beautiful #americantobaccotrail. Resting legs for my 18 miler tomorrow😉. I'm so lucky to only live a mile away from this trail. It was really windy so ended up jumping over a lot of fallen branches.  Thank goodness I wasn't hit on the head by one😂😂😂. .
