Total 8 miles, 2 Miles WU + 400m + 2 min recovery x 10. This workout is normally one of my favorites but today the heat and humidity returned to Cary and so it made for really gross running conditions. I've got use to running in cold weather so the humidity made me so freaking slow and I really had to work for every single mile. It will get easier again once my body adjust to the weather๐Ÿ˜Š Fingers crossed it isn't this humid on Saturday for my 16 miler tho. A girl can dream can't she๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜‚. . . 8 Miles @ 9.37/mi pace . .
