CONTEST TIME — Our crew at novemberprojectsd (pictured here after a rollicking good time at La Jolla Shores a few years ago) and the greater novemberproject family are all about hyping huge, working hard, and loving wide. They're also a wildly creative and unique bunch of folks.⁠⁠

Which leads us to our newest contest, a truly one-of-a-kind collab with novemberproject. If you've been to a few workouts, you've probably heard of a Sebastian, or Bojans, or Hoistees. Those are just a few of the fitness moves unique to NP. We want YOU to come up with the next one: "The Knockaround." It’s your shot at being immortalized in NP glory—after all, this move will be done at workouts worldwide!⁠⁠

From September 13 - October 1, we want to see just how creative you can get by developing November Project’s newest move, “The Knockaround.” What is it? You show us! It can be a stretch, exercise, workout, or community activity. Anything that echoes November Project’s mission of human development and community building through empowering group workouts is accepted.⁠⁠

These submissions can be solo, partnered, in groups, in person, or virtual! The sky's the limit. 

Just keep these few rules in mind:⁠⁠
* Be as creative as we know you can be! ⁠⁠
* Share a video or static post with your version of “The Knockaround” and tag any friends that helped you put it together⁠⁠
* Use the hashtag #nptheknockaround ⁠⁠
* Follow knockaround and novemberproject ⁠⁠
* Share your ideas by October 1 at 5PM PST⁠⁠
