## Caption

We all know and love #VegasVic as the OG cowboy in #DTLV, but before he was the iconic staple he is now on Fremont, he was known for standing tall and shining bright in the same area that used to be the Pioneer Club. ✨

Initially, he had a waving arm and a moving cigarette. A recording also said, "Howdy Partner!" every 15 minutes. The greeting was deliberately misspelled as "Howdy Podner." 🤠
