Started June off running🏃🏽‍♀️💨

Quick recap of June☀️🍉🌻👙
starting with my last run before my ACL surgery. This was a very different month than my usual activities, but there’s been lots of progression. Post surgery I started out struggling to walk around with both my crutches to quickly getting off my crutches after a few weeks😁 I’ve also progressed in my exercises and getting stronger bands each week!💪🏽 I also got a new brace for when I start to bend my knee but it’s for now it’s locked in full extension🦿I still can’t bend my leg since there was a complication during my surgery where my patella fractured, but I’m hoping July I can start bending my knee and continue progressing in my exercises and my recovery process!🌟🫶🏽
