It’s 🍑 season and we’ve got the recipe for you. Try this one in your Indoor Smoker for a quick yet flavorful summer dessert: 

1. Prep your peaches - halve or quarter, then drizzle with honey and cinnamon
2. Pour extra honey in a smoker safe ramekin
3. Place peaches & honey in smoker on 235 for 45 min, at a smoke level 5
4. After 45 min, remove peaches & honey from smoker and allow to cool for 5 minutes
5. Plate peaches with a healthy scoop of marscopone, then drizzle with smoked honey. Add granola for a little crunch! 
6. Enjoy 😋
