The Rule of 2 🙌
📌 (2-2-2-3) 
2 mm Keratinized mucosa 
2 mm bone thickness
2 mm soft tissue thickness 
3 mm Supracrestal tissue adhesion 

This is what we like to have around implants , so aim to have that at the time of implant planning.

In this case Peri-Implantitis was treated first , then we modified the soft tissue by doing FGG . 
You can see 3 months follow up with deeper vestibule , thick phenotype and nice attached tissues.

The best treatment of peri-Implantitis is to prevent it from happening, make sure your hard and soft tissue are looking good for your implant cases 👌🏻
