SHARE and SWIPE LEFT! THIS is exactly WHAT we EXPECTED after making LANIER MOVIE. You can’t reveal the truth without someone trying to smear it. It has been brought to our attention today (look at the first slide) that someone has added “Oscarville” to Google Maps. If y’all didn’t know according to Google Maps Help “you can add missing places to the map. The place shows publicly once it’s added. Places you can add include landmarks, coffee shops, or other local businesses.“ Slide two will show you, though we couldn’t find the exact screenshot that we took three years ago, that back in 2021 when we were in the mist of making our movie, Oscarville LITERALLY was shown in the body of water. We looked this up time and time and time again for obvious reasons while we were making numerous drafts of our script. That brings us to Slide 3, who ever claimed “Oscarville”, are claiming that the town is just merely an intersection today and that is it? However, when you move the cursor over just a little bit on Google Maps (or Apple Maps) away from Oscarville, it just states that you’re now looking at a certain location in “Gainesville, GA.” If Oscarville does in fact still exist and is not under the lake, why does everything just say “Gainesville, GA” right next to it? What do y’all see when you look up Oscarville, GA, on Google and Apple Maps? We’re curious and thanks for coming to our TED talk of another session of trying to cover up black history. You can’t make this up. 🤦🏿‍♂️
