Harpy Sunday! Feels so good to play again..broke some strings on my harp a couple weeks ago and I was nervous to fix them myself. 

But I recently heard a dance teacher say that our body is our instrument and I felt that my harp being left unfixed was a reflection of neglect in my own life. So I ordered the parts and figured it out (and of course it wasn’t as bad as I thought). 

Now I’ve been able to take time to rest and play again. Well, I play until I make too many mistakes for one day then I go on to another hobby 😂. Anyone else like that? 

Anyways, just a reminder that self-care isn’t selfish, you cannot serve from an empty vessel. 🫶🏼
