Per Mariners manager Scott Servais, star outfielder Julio Rodríguez left today's ballgame early with right-quad tightness. Rodríguez will undergo an MRI on the injury tonight to learn more information. 

Daniel Kramer of MLB.Com asked Julio if he's ok postgame, to which Julio said "I should be" but would not speak further.
