It's that time again where we get to share with you the awesome work that is being done thanks to y'all's shopping through the months of April, May, and June.
As part of our 1% for Rabun County initiative, we were able to raise $6,850 for F.A.I.T.H. You can read the full details at the link in our bio and about some of our past and future recipients. But today we want to shine a light on F.A.I.T.H. We recently got to sit down with some of their volunteers and leadership to talk about the good work they are doing in Rabun County and beyond. We hope you take a few minutes to watch this video to learn about the free services they provide to domestic violence victims.
FAITH provides free and confidential services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse in Northeast Georgia. They do this through Shelter and Legal Services, Child Abuse & Sexual Assault Services, and a local Thrift Store & Furniture Store that helps them raise money for all their good work. They advocate for children who have experienced sexual, physical or others types of abuse in Stephens, Habersham and Rabun Counties along with victims and survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence in the same counties.
Thank you F.A.I.T.H. for all that you do and have been doing for years to protect and assist those who need it!
