Learning again how to be unapologetically me is hard. I adjusted things, i changed for others, I lost part of me on the journey.

Now I’m working on getting it back and feeling it deeply rooted inside of me again- how I am, what I stand for and my values and priorities.

Things I believe I am great at 
- being a mom 
-being a friend
- being a partner
-being a personal trainer 
-being a coach 
-being a dog trainer 
-being a daughter 
-being a sibling 
-being a listener 
-being a voice for people with vitiligo 
- being a voice for moms 
-being a fitness inspiration

I am not cocky! Not at all! I know I can improve in all those aspects! 
But knowing your worth is a good thing!
