When people ask me why I workout so much…
I could return the question…
Why don’t you?!

I talked to some friends about this and really wonder what people do with their spare time if they don’t workout at all…

It’s unimaginable for me not to workout, not to take care of my fitness, not to feel that burn, not to feel that satisfaction afterwards! 
It used to be a hobby. Now it’s just part of who I am and how I define myself!
