Arkansas is a beautiful state. Something I love about covering the arhighcountryrace is driving through the most beautiful (and rugged) parts of the state solo, finding a spot, stopping and soaking up the peacefulness that comes with standing in a national forest, with no cellphone signal and nothing but nature surrounding you while I wait for a rider to roll by.
