If you can’t beat the New York heat, can you even take the Texas one? 🥵

Okay, but this is really one of the more better briskets that we’ve had in the tri-state. It’s juicy, flavor is on point, though the texture could be a LITTLE more softer. Other than that, this is a solid place and the price is pretty on par.

This is also owned by Yo-Yo Chicken which operates out the same kitchen.

Chicken is hand-slaughtered.
