The fight for gender pay parity isn't new, but paritynow is tackling the issue in sports in a refreshing way. I'm now part of a movement that not only tunes in to my interests and passions, but also celebrates me for it! I'm excited about Parity because I have the opportunity to inspire female athletes striving for success in their sport.
