At FoCo Fondo we believe in the power of the bike. We want to ensure that riders who are historically underrepresented in cycling have access to adventure via the bike. We’ve developed these initiatives over the years and despite a cycling industry contraction this year, we have doubled down and are committed to these programs (Learn more under Initiatives at focofondo.com). 

Some of our 2024 DEI Initiatives are:

👉 Paid Leadership Program
👉 Generous Volunteer to Earn-an-Entry Program
👉 20-athlete BIPOC Scholarship Program
👉 5-athlete Gender Expansive Scholarship Program
👉 Subsidized Women’s Skills Clinic
👉 Subsidized Beginner’s Clinic
👉 Free kids entries & half-priced teens
👉 Free support rider for para athletes who need it

If you’d like to support these programs and throw your name in the hat for the raffle, you can contribute in BikeReg under Merch. As a thank you to all who have supported our DEI Initiatives, we have an opportunity to raffle off a ninerbikes RLT 9 gravel bike (first photo!). Winner can choose their bike size- $2699 MSRP. A winner will be chosen at random at the Sunday, July 21st awards ceremony at 4:15pm at the Main Stage.
