First time since 2021 that I ran 2 miles non stop! Definitely not a feel good activity in the normal sense, like in comparison to eating ice cream but I’m glad I challenged myself to #DoItAnyways like the legendary wartburgmenswrestling coachjimmillerspeaking says! What was my two mile time??
