Talk about a tight squeeze! precisionexcavationllc did a great job on this demo of the old DePaul theater building- methodically taking this building down while protecting the neighboring homes. Low ceilings and choppy floor plates foiled our original intent of renovating the building. We will be building 1 or possibly 2 new homes to complete the street which features many beautiful homes already.
