Who else feels like they need to cook INSTANTLY after watching a Korean drama? I am always ravenous after watching a drama and as a result, you’ll often be treated to a full on Korean meal if you happen to be around after I’m done watching!

After watching QoT, I was really inspired to make jeon, a pancake or fritter that is typically prepared for very special occasions. Zucchini are in season in right now, so zucchini jeon it was! But, in order to make them EXTRA special, I stuffed them with a little tofu. Now, we’re talking QUEEN food!
