After three attempts, USA Track and Field Team member Chari Hawkins has finally qualified for the #Olympics.

At 33, Hawkins is one of the oldest members of the women’s team headed to the #ParisOlympics and talks to TODAY about how she pushes back against the stigma that younger is “better” when it comes to athletics, and why she thinks it actually helps her to have the extra year of experience in her sport.
