A #SarasotaCounty Sheriff’s deputy struck and killed 22-year-old bicyclist #EvelynDayanaHernandez while responding to a non-emergency call. Investigators claim the deputy had a green light but no emergency lights and that Hernandez, in the crosswalk, didn’t wait for the light to change. 

She leaves behind her husband and five-year-old son.
