I like em big…I like em chunky 

Starting to feel really good about the bulk again. Hitting some new highs around 185 lbs and definitely liking the size that’s coming with it. I haven’t been this heavy in years so we’re definitely building some good lean tissue. Still have abs as well… kinda 😂
