One thing we always stress, is the importance of keeping the puck LOW & HIGH when we shoot. Doing this drill will help you do just that. During our shot motion, it’s all about WHERE you release the puck.

If we want to keep the shot LOW, we need to relase the puck in the back/middle of our stance. If we want to shoot the puck HIGH, we need to release the puck in the front of our stance.
