Becoming a great hockey player isn’t just about the championships, the accolades and the recognition. It’s not about how many goals you scored, how many points you beat the other team by, what team you made while others got cut. It’s not about sacrificing your integrity or striving to be the best at the expense of your teammates. 

Becoming a great hockey player is about what you learn along the way and what kind of person you become. Hockey can teach you how to commit to a schedule, give your very best and fight through adversity. It can teach you to have integrity, be a great teammate and how to lead. It can teach you to set goals, learn from others and become more than you ever thought was possible.

At PHT we believe there’s so much more to learn than simply becoming a better hockey player. We believe in the habits and practices that allow hockey players to become extraordinary people too. 

Coming in June 2022 is Precision Hockey Training’s Summer Program where the goal is to grow as hockey players and as people. You can choose to follow the crowd and chase individual achievements that are forgotten over time or you can join #phtnation and develop the habits that will allow you to be great in anything you set your mind to. And that lasts forever.
