This is the 6th part of our series where we break down the components of a workout. Tune in every Friday as we add on from the previous week!

This week and next we are focusing on the dynamic warmup. You want to warm up according to what you will be doing that day. In our 2 day per week programs we split up linear (forwards/backwards) and lateral (side to side) movements. For our 1 day per week clients, we combine both into the same session.
