Step 1: Make first pass transferring weight from back foot to front foot⁣
Step 2: As puck is coming back to you, load front leg in preparation to step forward with back leg⁣⁣⁣
Step 3: Press hands forward to keep blade cupped down towards the ice⁣
Step 4: Time your forward step with the release of the puck to get pass off quickly⁣
