## Caption

Four cheese white pizza (recipe below).

Dough (shoutout Bobby Flay) -

4 cups bread flour
1 packet instant yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp dried basil leaves (my add)
1 tbsp dried oregano (my add)
2 cups warm water
2 tbsp avocado oil (Bobby uses olive oil)

Pizza ingredients:

- Avocado oil in place of red sauce.

- Blended up the cheese with roughly 1/4 Parmigiano-Reggiano, 1/4 Provolone, 1/2 mozzarella.

- Dollops of ricotta on top.

- Couple pinches of dried basil and red chili flakes.

500 degree oven for roughly 20 minutes, turning the pizza halfway.
