## Caption

We are honored to be celebrating Dr. Charlie Sifford at the APGA Charlie Sifford Classic here in Houston.

Dr. Charlie Sifford broke barriers throughout his life. He was the first African-American to earn a PGA Tour card and the first to be inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame. He has paved the way for the African American golf community, and continues to be an influential figure to our players.
