I am genuinely thankful every day for genucan Edge Energy Gels.

Why?

1. They taste good! I think they taste like a fun, fruity smoothie. I love switching up the flavors as much as I can. Orange Mango is my favorite but the Strawberry Banana and Pineapple are also delish 😋
2. I never feel a spike (or crash) of energy. I like that I can feel the same throughout an entire long workout or race. The gels keep me feeling like me without worrying about depleting my energy at any point.
3. They aid with recovery! I feel so much better after workouts and races which is a great indicator that I am fueling myself properly during each session.

Also very thankful for my crew to get me my gels when I need them! (And to discard of them when I’m done!)
