Let me be honest…My life consists of a lot of training. I play basketball because it’s the sport I love, but playing basketball has also made me appreciate all the benefits that comes from working out 💪🏻🧘🏼‍♀️But you don’t have to be a professional athlete in order to go to the gym, you don’t have to stop eating chocolate in order to get a good healthy body, and you don’t have to make training something hard and complicated in your life! 

”Wear you” is a campaign with icaniwill and want to emphasize the importance of that everyone is unique, even when it comes to training👊🏻 Stop comparing yourself with everything you see on this platform, and instead only use it as inspiration to get yourself active in one way or another!
