✈️Welcome to Flight School: The Basic 101 of Frisbee! Today, we’re diving into ultimate frisbee pulls!🥏🚀

In ultimate frisbee, a “pull” is the equivalent of a kickoff in football. It is the throw that starts the game or restarts play after a point is scored. One team throws the disc from their 20 yard line to the other team, who will then try to advance the disc up the field to score in the opposing end zone. The pull is a crucial part of the game as it sets the tone for the point and gives the defending team an opportunity to set up their defense.
