In 2020, we planned to host our fourth Lead Summit in Denver and were secretly planning to launch our Academy. When we postponed the Summit to next year in the interest of safety, we pivoted to focus on the Academy and sharing courses in Confidence, Leadership, and Sport Psych will not just our current Lead Community but all young female athletes.

What began as a year highlighted by an unexpected pause turned into a year of unexpected growth - a chance to share our collective Lead knowledge, skills, and experiences with YOU. All of you.

Thank you for sticking with us. For supporting a woman-owned small business. For supporting girls and women in sports. For being a part of this incredible community.
