The impact you have had on this team is immeasurable but the impact you have had on me is even bigger. For every time I hit a low point you were always there in support and every time I was at my best you were there cheering me on. Today I pray for JOY out on that field that you have never felt before. A joy of reflection from one of the most badass careers you could have representing this country. A joy of retiring with zero regrets and leaving everything you had on the field And knowing the lasting impact of grit and determination for the next generations to come, and finally the JOY of playing the game you have always loved even during the hard times for one last time. No one has had a bigger impact on my career than you and it has been an absolute honor. Beyond excited to celebrate you today for your final match in a US jersey.
