Thursday 1015am is our fight conditioning class, an extreme workout designed to test a participants mental fortitude. 

Beware, this isn't just a workout, it's an all out assault on the mind, and part of the soul 😄 

Will you burn calories? Yes
Will you go beyond a usually HIIT time frame? Yes 
Will it be relentless? Yes 
Is it rewarding? Ask those who have come through the class. 

It isn't for the faint hearted. It has the reputation it has, because of what it does to the body and mind.
