Did this little cinderfit + bosu_fitness circuit as a burnout at the end of my workout today and it did not disappoint! 🤪

Playing with stability and balance work recently and it’s been so much fun for me!

*Disclaimer! These exercises are super tough and usually not something I’m gonna do with a client until I know they’re going to do well with it!*
