Goodbye vacay, hello reality. 👋🏼

Consistency went out the window this month and I’m really feeling it but honestly, I think I needed the break. 🤪

I feel more motivated and a lot less stressed after the past two weeks and I’m ready to get back to the gym too!

Sometimes a break (and a few beers) is all ya need amirite?☀️🍺

I had so much fun enjoying the ocean and the sun this week, and as sad as I am that it’s over I’m ready to get back to my routine.💪🏼

Back to the grind so we can start planning for the next trip!!
